Some bakers pretend to make sourdough bread or include sourdough by just throwing in some dried sourdough powder. At Fosters Bakery we brew our own sourdough from just flour and water in our ‘state of the art’ sourdough fermentation plant.
tomato focaccia
Baked in huge slabs, customisable to your preferred sizes. We also offer plain focaccia.
rosemary focaccia
Baked in large slabs and cut to your preferred sizes. We also offer plain focaccia.
ciabatta
Available in white or brown. Large loaves come 12 per case, and small loaves come 24 per case.
GERMAN RYE BREAD
Scandinavian or German-style heavily seeded rye bread. Sliced to your preferred thickness.
PANINI ROLLS
Ready to eat, bake for fresh crustiness, or use on a panini grill.
KALONJI SEED BREAD
Infused with authentic Eastern flavors, perfect for Indian-themed sandwiches. Crafted with the taste of naan bread in a convenient loaf shape.
BRIOCHE LOAF
Golden brown sweet loaf, enriched with butter and eggs. Available in cases of 8 or 9.
FRUIT LOAF
Spicy fruit loaf, enriched with butter and eggs. Available in cases of 6.
SOURDOUGH BREAD
Various shapes including bloomer, square, and campagne style. Also lighter yeasted bread containing sourdough to boost flavour.
Baguette
Demi Baguette - Footlong baguette made using the artisan machine.
Demi Baguette with Overnight Sourdough Sponge - Rich taste and irregular crumb from a 20-hour sponge fermentation.
